Step5:Heat the oil to 60% and fry the meat slices. Fry for 1 minute and remove
Step6:Heat the oil to 70% heat. Put in the meat slices and fry again. Fry for 20 seconds, then pour out the oil control.
Step7:Put the ketchup in the bottom oil of the pot. Stir fry the ketchup to make it red and bright
Step8:Put in the sweet and sour juice. Boil.
Step9:Put in the tenderloin and stir well.

Cooking tips:40g white sugar belongs to moderate sweetness. It can be increased or decreased according to personal preference. Don't cut the tenderloin too thick or it will be soft.
