This is a small cold dish that my family often eats. It's very simple. But it's delicious.
Step1:Rinse the scallops. Soak in water for about half an hour.
Step2:Steam the soaked scallops together with water. Turn off the fire after 20 minutes.
Step3:Cucumber slices. Spare.
Step4:Slice the Cherry Radish. Set aside.
Step5:Put in the oil. Put in the garlic clove. Fry the garlic clove until it's brown. Put in the pepper. Turn off the heat immediately.
Step6:Strain out the garlic and pepper and throw them away. Leave only the oil.
Step7:Steamed scallops, cucumber slices, Cherry Radish slices. Add salt, monosodium glutamate and filtered oil. Stir well.
Step8:Ready to eat.
Cooking tips:After the scallops are steamed, they are filtered out. After they are slightly dried, they are mixed with other materials. It's easier to taste. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
