Step1:Prepare the ingredients.
Step2:Put high gluten flour, sugar, salt, yeast powder, eggs and milk into the bread machine. Select and press the flour button. Knead until the dough surface is smooth (about 20 minutes).
Step3:Put the butter in the toaster. Knead until the butter is fully absorbed. The dough can pull out the film.
Step4:The dough is fermented for the first time to twice its original volume.
Step5:Take the dough out of the toaster. Press the dough with your fist to expel the air.
Step6:Divide the dough into eight small dough of the same size (each dough weighs about 65g). Then cover with cotton cloth. Let stand for about 15 minutes.
Step7:Roll the dough into a rectangle of 8cm * 15cm.
Step8:Take a proper amount of red bean sand and rub it into a 15cm long strip. Put it on the dough and roll it up from one side. Then use a scraper on the other side. Cut into small strips of the same width, as shown in the figure.
Step9:Roll the cut strips one by one onto the whole noodle, as shown in the figure.
Step10:Put the whole noodle end to end, stick it together, form a doughnut and put it in the baking tray for the second fermentation. Ferment it to twice the original volume.
Step11:Put the whole plate of fermented bread into the preheated oven. Heat it up and down, 170 ℃, bake for 15 minutes.
