In the past, steamed carp were afraid of fishy or earthy taste. They were fried before steamed. I found that today's carp can be steamed without frying.
Step1:Wash and chop the green garlic.
Step2:Fresh live fish are marinated for one hour with Huadiao wine, Jiudu vinegar and salt. The fresh ginger and green onion are used for deodorization.
Step3:Steam the water for ten minutes. Sprinkle with garlic and pour with pepper oil and seafood sauce.
