Step1:Boil two pots of water. One pot is used to blanch the ribs. The other pot is used to stew the ribs. Boil the water in the stew. Add the onion, ginger, seasoning and vanilla.
Step2:Put the blanched ribs directly into the pot. Add a spoonful of vinegar and simmer for 30 minutes.
