Step1:Wash the spareribs. Boil the bleeding foam in the cold water. Remove the spare ribs.
Step2:2 teaspoons of sugar slowly boil over a small fire.
Step3:Make sure to use the smallest fire and keep stirring to avoid the Hu pot.
Step4:Stir fry the ribs.
Step5:Pour the prepared ingredients into the pot.
Step6:Pour in 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp raw soy sauce and 1 / 2 tbsp old soy sauce. Finally pour in boiling water and foam over spareribs. Cover the pot and simmer for 90 minutes.
Step7:90 minutes later. Try the soup and put some salt if it's not salty enough. I didn't put a drop of salt in my house because of the strong saltiness. Heat up the juice and enjoy it.
