Step1:All materials except butter, salt, black currant dry and black sesame. Put them into the bread machine. Knead the dough until it is almost expanded. Add butter and salt. Continue kneading until it is expanded. Then add black sesame and black currant to dry. Knead the dough until it is even. Arrange the dough. Cover with wet cloth for fermentation.
Step2:When the dough is about 2.5 times the size, poke a hole in the finger. If the dough doesn't shrink or collapse, it will be fermented
Step3:Take out the fermented dough. After exhausting, evenly divide it into 6 equal parts. Knead the dough. Cover with wet cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Step10:Put in the preheated oven. Heat up and down. 180 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes. Take it out. Let the net cool and serve.
