Step1:Wash the beef tendon, cut it into small pieces, boil it with water, add a spoon of cooking wine and blanch it, put the blanched beef tendon into the fast pot, add three or four pieces of ginger and three pieces of garli
Step2:Put a handful of prickly ash, a piece of cinnamon, a piece of anise, a piece of grass fruit and a piece of fragrant leaves into the tea bag, two spoonfuls of cooking wine; turn the heat to medium and low heat for 20 minutes after the heat is over and the air is filled
Step3:Take out the beef tendon and leave a small amount of beef tendon soup. The other beef tendon soup can be left as high soup. Heat the pot and add two spoonfuls of Li Jinji Zhuhou sauce. Stir fry until fragrant
Step4:Pour in the beef tendon. Stir well over medium heat. Add in the beef tendon soup (about three or four teaspoons). Simmer for about three or four minutes over medium heat with the lid of the pot. Collect the juice and start the pot.

Cooking tips:1. Don't buy those special white or big ones; 2. If you like to eat garlic, you can stir fry xiangzhuhou sauce in step 6, then pour in garlic and stir fry until fragrant. 3. It's hard to cook the beef tendon. I use a fast cooker for only about 30 minutes. If it's a normal pressure cooker, it's better to press it for 40 minutes. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
