Step1:Dry Lentinus edodes are soaked in boiling water and sliced. Potatoes are cut into small pieces and soaked in water to remove starch. Sliced Cantonese sausage.
Step2:Add water to the rice (mixed with the water soaked in mushrooms). Steam it in the rice cooker.
Step3:In a hot oil pan, saute the onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant.
Step4:Add some sausages to stir fry. Add potatoes and mushrooms to stir fry evenly. Then add the remaining sausages.
Step5:Mix in some salt, pepper and soy sauce.
Step6:Wait until the rice is steamed to water that can't be boiled (not yet steamed). Spread the fried dishes evenly on the surface. Cover and continue to steam.
Step7:After the rice is steamed, the potatoes are just as dense. Stir well.
