Step1:Blanch tofu for use.
Step2:Mince the preserved egg, onion and pepper.
Step3:Put a proper amount of raw soy sauce into a bowl. Add a small amount of sugar, salad oil, chopped green onion, preserved egg and pepper to make the sauce. Pour it on tofu.
Cooking tips:Tofu should be a little tender, such as tofu with internal fat. Ordinary tofu is OK. The preserved egg should be lead-free. It's healthier. Tofu should not be blanched for a long time. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
