I don't know when it will clear up in rainy days for more than a week. This is the season of Maodou. So it's good to make some spicy Maodou as snacks or food in this hot summer.
Step1:Prepare materials.
Step2:Cut off 2 heads of Maodou with scissors. Wash.
Step3:Add more than half of the water to the pot. Add the green beans, scallions, dried peppers, prickly ash, spices, grass nuts, fragrant leaves and 2 teaspoons of salt.
Step4:Boil over high heat. Turn to low heat and cook for 5 minutes.
Step5:Take out the drain. Put in the pepper, seasoning and dry pepper in the pot and stir fry.
Step6:Stir fry the green beans. Add 1 tsp salt, half teaspoon sugar, 1 tsp vinegar. Turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes before eating.
Cooking tips:1 - the two ends of the bean are cut for better taste. 2 - it is better to put the cooked soybean into the refrigerator. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
