Step1:Prepare all the ingredients. The main character of the soup should be shrimp. But I prefer clams. So clams are the main characters. Then I bought a package of frozen assorted seafood. Of course. I don't recommend frozen seafood. It must be the best fresh seafood.
Step2:Lemongrass, ginger, lemon leaves and dried peppers are boiled in the pot. It doesn't need much. Because I've prepared a lot of ingredients, so I've done a lot today.
Step3:When cooking spices, put the hot oil pot into the soy sauce and stir fry. Prepare to fry all kinds of seafood. Actually, this step is not necessary. But I bought frozen seafood. Stir fry it mainly to get rid of fishy smell
Step4:Stir fry the seafood in the pot ~ I pour some white wine in. Cover the pot and simmer for a while.
Step5:Basically, the seafood is stir fried. The spices are almost cooked. Boil for about 20 to 30 minutes and drain the spices. This step is to make the soup easier to drink. If you like the spicy one, you can skip this step.
Step6:Put two small boxes (50g) of dongyingong sauce, a few drops of fish sauce and a spoonful of shrimp sauce into the soup of spices. Mix all kinds of sauces.
Step7:Put in the mushroom and the fried seafood. Cook for about 10 minutes. Pour in coconut milk before you finish
Step8:Turn off the heat and put in the coriander. Cover the pot for a while and it will be OK. Cilantro is not necessary, but the family prefer it. A lot of dongyingong soup doesn't have cilantro
Step9:Done. My winter Yin skill is not very authentic, because it doesn't take shrimp as the main character. In the future, we must do the authentic winter Yin skill again.
