The chicken legs used here are only cooked. If you have time, you can stew them first and then make them into silk.
Step1:Peel the chicken leg and shred the meat.
Step2:Peel and shred cucumber, carrot, pear, ham and green shoots. Stir fry shredded carrots in a little oil. Blanch shredded green shoots.
