It's always just boiled fish. Try something lighter.
Step1:After the bass is washed, change the knife. Apply a little salt evenly to the fish. Add yellow wine, onion, ginger and garlic, marinate to remove the fishiness. About 30 minutes.
Step2:Put in the marinated fish after boiling. Steam for 8 minutes (depending on the size of the fish) with chopsticks to make the fish more evenly heated. Turn off the fire for another 5 minutes.
Step3:Two spoons of soy sauce and one spoonful of vinegar. A spoonful consumes oil. A little sugar. A proper amount of chili sauce (there is no limit to this step according to personal taste) is needed for the fish to come out of the pot and drench.
