Step7:Take out the fermented dough and exhaust it with a rolling pin. Then cover the plastic wrap and relax for 30 minutes. Then cut the dough with a scraper. I cut the dough at will without weighing.
Step8:Cut small dough and put it in the mold. Squeeze on a layer of salad dressing. Then put on the meat floss. Sprinkle with scallion. Repeat for two layers. If you use a cake mold like mine, please remember to grease the mold and put oil paper on it.
Step9:I used two six inch moulds to bake at the same time. If I used eight inch moulds, I'd better use one.
Step10:Put the mold in the oven. Put a bowl of hot water beside it. Turn on the oven 36 degrees for secondary engine.
