Chicken gizzard is chicken stomach. It's live meat. It's always moving. So the meat is tight. There are many ways to make chicken gizzards. I've made marinated chicken gizzards before. Here's a spicy stir fry. -
Step1:Wash the chicken gold on the gizzard. And other things that can be removed by hand.
Step2:I'm slanting. Try to cut it as big as possible. It will shrink if I fry it.
Step3:Marinate with ginger slices and cooking wine.
Step4:Heat the oil in a hot pot and stir fry the garlic, pepper and chili.
Step5:Add Pixian bean paste and stir fry the red oil.
Step6:Add chicken gizzards and stir fry them.
Step7:Put in the old soy sauce, raw soy sauce and sugar. Put in the water lake powder, monosodium glutamate. Stir evenly, then add in the millet pepper. Stir twice to get out of the pot.
