For the sake of summer, I have made several fat reducing recipes recently. A female colleague nearby said that she likes sweets. During the fat reduction period, she felt bored and her life became black and white. So today's way solves this problem perfectly - sour milk and purple potato puree. Purple potato is suitable for eating carbohydrates during fat reduction. It is low in calories and delicious. It doesn't need an oven or any baking materials. It can be made of kitchen dregs. The key is delicious. As long as you steam and mash, pour a layer of low sugar yogurt, and sprinkle some oats. You can eat three things at a time. Oatmeal enriches the taste of the whole purple potato yogurt. It's soft, waxy, sweet and crispy. But the amount of oats with dried fruits should be controlled.
Step1:Wash and cut 200g peeled sweet potato. Steam in steamer for about 15 minutes until it is ripe. *If there is no steamer, you can put the purple potato into the water. Heat it in the microwave oven for about 10 minutes until it is fully cooked. The time can be adjusted according to the power of the microwave oven.
Step2:Add 20g water to purple potato and press into purple potato mud with spoon. *Add water to make the purple potato puree wetter. If you like to dry it a little, you don't need to add it.
Step3:Put the mashed purple sweet potato into another small bowl with plastic wrap, then pour it into the plate, and make it into a round shape by hand.
Step4:Drizzle 80 ml of low-fat yoghurt (or sugar free yoghurt). Sprinkle 20 g of oats (I use the crispy wheat in my shop).
