Then stir fry pickled vegetables. The taste comes out. Pour in boiling water. If you like to drink soup, put more boiled water. After boiling in the pot, take out the fish bones and pickled vegetables. Put the marinated fish slices into the pot. Scratch them and don't stir them. When the fish slices are white and ripe, take them up immediately. Pour the soup into the basin containing the fish bones. In another pot, put in the oil and stir fry the dried pepper and garlic. Cover with coriander and scallion. Heat the oil. It's ready.
Step4:The delicious food is ready for dinner. The pickles I bought are salty. I didn't add salt for seasoning in the middle of the course. Those who like to eat sour can add a little white vinegar to the soup.
