Cooking tips:1. Put less salt in the stuffing, because there is already some salt in the cabbage. Oyster sauce also has a salty taste. 2. Steamed dumplings with vegetable stuffing, especially those with eggs, don't need ginger or onion. 3. When frying eggs, you can use chopsticks to separate them directly.
