Step7:Shred the onion and green peppers. Chop the rest. Prepare three tablespoons of vinegar, two tablespoons of salt, one tablespoon of sugar and one half of sesame oil. Mix well.
Step8:Take out the chicken and soak it in ice water or cold water to cool it. The skin of the chicken also shrinks more brittle and tough. When it's cold, pull it out and tear it into small pieces.
Step9:Yard on the vegetables. Add three cloves of garlic mash and a small piece of ginger. Drizzle with sauce.
