Step1:Wash the chicken liver with blood water. Cut into 1cm thick slices. Stir in the lake powder. Add a small amount of ginger slices again. Stir in the soy sauce, black pepper, salt and sugar. Marinate for 10 minutes. Shred green pepper and scallion. Put in the oil. Season the green peppers and scallions. Put the oil in the pot. Put in the remaining ginger slices. Heat to 80% heat, pour in the marinated chicken liver, stir fry for 3 minutes. Pour in the green pepper and green onion, mix well. Add some water and cover the pot cover. Stew for 3 minutes and leave the pot.
