Step1:Prepare the shrimp. Remove the shrimp line and clean it. Add a little white wine and a little salt (to remove the fishy smell) and marinate for 15 minutes. Then wash it off with water to avoid the heavy smell.
Step2:Cucumber, carrot peeled and dice
Step3:Add some starch, a little egg liquid, some salt and stir evenly to the dried shrimps washed with clear water. Drain the surplus juice (otherwise, it will be easy to make egg cake under the pot
Step4:Add the appropriate amount of oil to the hot pot. Heat the oil and heat it to medium heat. Stir fry the prepared shrimps until they are served separately
Step5:In another pot, stir fry carrots and diced cucumbers for seasoning. Then pour shrimp into the pot. Stir fry the pot
