It's the season when apricots are on the market. You can make apricot sauce if you can't finish eating them. It's perfect to mix yogurt with bread.
Step1:Soak apricots in baking soda and salt for half an hour. Then wash and drain.
Step2:The dried apricots are cored. They are cut into small pieces. Marinate the juice with sugar and half lemon at room temperature for one hour.
Step3:Pickled apricots.
Step4:Add in the lollipop and the other half of the lemon juice. Boil over a low heat. Remember to stir. Otherwise, it will paste.
Step5:The cooked apricot jam is golden in color and sticky.
Step6:Out of the pot. This is ready to be mixed with yogurt.
