Step6:Mix the milk and jam well.
Step7:Mix the milk and jam well.
Step8:The gelatine is boiled in advance. First mix a small amount of Mousse with the gelatine. Then pour in the remaining mousse and mix well.
Step9:First put on the strawberry embryo. Then squeeze in the strawberry mousse.
Step10:Finally, squeeze in the mixed cheese mousse for 8 minutes.
Step11:Squeeze in strawberry jam. Refrigerate until stiff.
Step12:Demould the frozen mousse.
Step13:Just cut the frozen mousse.
