Step1:Peel and wash potatoes and carrots separately. Cut into hobs.
Step2:Put the carrots aside for use. Remove the starch from the potatoes with a bubble.

Step7:Add carrots and fried potatoes and stir well.
Step8:Stir fry the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt and vinegar evenly.
Step9:Add a small amount of water and stir well. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Let the potatoes taste good.
Step10:Stir fry chicken essence evenly. Sprinkle with Scallion leaves and turn off the heat.
