Step2:80 grams of glutinous rice should be soaked in water for 30 minutes in advance. Drain the water for standby. Mix the minced shrimp puree with the minced meat. Then add 1 raw egg, 1 tablespoon of raw soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, half of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of thirteen spices, 1 teaspoon of white pepper, 1.5 teaspoon of sugar, 1-1.5 teaspoon of salt, onion foam and ginger foam. Step6:Poke a hole in the middle with chopsticks. Insert the prawn tail.
Step7:I've made 13 in all. You can prepare more prawns when you make them so that they don't have the same size and amount of prawns. OK. After that, put the water in the pot and steam for 30 minutes. When I steam, I put a layer of lotus leaf on the inside of the pot to increase the flavor. But the rice is not so white when steamed. The lotus leaf can not be put on.
