I went to Thailand twice in three months. I like sour, sweet and spicy Thai food very much. So I bought a bottle of Thai sweet and spicy sauce. It's not for recipe making. I didn't take a lot of photos. I'll make it up next time.

Cooking tips:Thai style sweet and spicy sauce has its ingredients. It's delicious enough. It doesn't need a lot of onion, ginger and garlic. It's OK to stir some onion symbolically. I'm afraid my husband thinks that fried fish and tofu with sweet and spicy sauce is too sweet and greasy. I've added a balsam pear. After frying, it is neither so greasy nor so bitter. Students who don't like it can put other green vegetables... There are skills in making delicious dishes.
