Is it OK to buy popsicles at the convenience store? Why do you have to do it yourself? Let's have a look at my homemade lollipop. The ingredients are fruit, yogurt and some salt soda. This beauty alone makes people feel happy. This year's homemade popsicle. Spent a little more effort to research ingredients. Made 7 flavors. Three Fruit Salt sodas, three fruit yoghurt, one homemade Menglong. They are very delicious.
Step1:Blanch 1 peach in boiling water for 2 minutes. Take it out and soak in ice water for 2 minutes. Peel. Cut the pulp into 1.5cm cubes. *There are two peach popsicles in total.
Step2:Put in 4 diced peaches, 1 mint leaf, 5 diced peaches, and finally pour salt soda to 9 points. Refrigerate for more than 6 hours.
Step3:Soak mint leaves in mineral water in advance; wash with appropriate amount of green extract, cut in half and remove seeds.
Step4:In the mold, put in half green extract, then put in 1 mint leaf, then put in 2 half green extract, finally pour in salt soda until it is 9 points full. Refrigerate for more than 6 hours. *There are two green ice sticks.
Step5:Wash and peel the pineapple beforehand. Cut off the stem in the middle of the pulp and slice it.
Step6:Put 3 pineapples in the mold, then 1 mint leaf, then 3 pineapples. Finally pour salt soda to 9 points. Refrigerate for more than 6 hours. *There are two pineapple popsicles in total.
Step7:A red heart pitaya should be washed, peeled and sliced in advance. Put 4-5 pieces of Pitaya into the ice cream mold first, and then pour in about 9 full yogurt (note that the yogurt should not be too full, otherwise it will expand easily after freezing). *There are 2 jelly sticks made of Pitaya yoghurt.
Step8:Freeze for more than 6 hours. Soak in cold water when taking out. Pull out after a while.
Step9:Put a peeled mango into a juicing cup. Pour in 100ml of water and 25g of sugar and beat the puree.
Step10:Pour yoghurt into the mould until it is 5 minutes full, then pour mango puree into the mould until it is 9 minutes full. Cover the lid, insert the stick and freeze for more than 6 hours. When taking out, use a bowl of cold water to thaw slightly. *There are two mango yoghurt popsicles.
Step11:Put 12 raspberries into a small bowl and mash them with a spoon. Put in 160ml yogurt and 25g sugar (soft white sugar is also OK) and stir them slightly.
Step12:Take out the ice cream mold. Pour in the mixed raspberry yogurt until it is 9 minutes full. Freeze for 6 hours and take out. *There are two raspberry yogurt popsicles.
Step13:Mix 50g milk and 15g corn starch (adding starch will make the inner part of ice cream free of ice dregs and taste softer) to make milk starch. Set aside.
