Lushan tea cake has many flavors, such as Yunwu Tea, osmanthus, milk fragrance, rose, salt and pepper. I'll make a Longjing tea here first. It's just the time to eliminate the endless tea leaves in my family
Step1:Take 10g tea. I use Longjing tea. Other tea such as Yunwu Tea and Biluochun.
Step2:Use your hand to crush the tea, or put it into the ground platinum.

Step6:Preheat the oven. Put it in the oven 180 ℃ for 20 minutes.
