This biscuit has no sugar. It's full of seaweed. If you like sweet taste, you can add some sugar.
Step1:Sift the low powder and baking soda into the container.
Step2:Add shredded seaweed, salt and dry yeast. Yeast and salt should be separated. Separate them with flour.
Step3:Add egg liquid and salad oil. Add a small amount of milk according to the dry and wet state of the dough, so that the dough can be agglomerated and not loose and not wet and sticky.
Step4:Wrap the dough with plastic wrap. Relax for 1 hour. Roll the loose dough into 2-3mm thick dough.
Step5:Cut it into a rectangle of about 7cm * 3cm. Press a mold line gently in the middle.
Step6:Use a fork to make small holes in the surface evenly. Place in a baking pan covered with a high-temperature oilcloth.
Step7:Preheat the oven 180 degrees. Heat up and down. Bake the upper and middle layers for 15 minutes.
