Step1:Clean the silver carp, wash and drain.

Step7:Put 200g of cooking oil in the 7 pot. After slight heat, slide the silver carp into the pot and pass the oil. Take it out for standby.
Step8:Leave a little oil in the 8 pot. Put in the onion and ginger. Stir fry the garlic to make it fragrant.
Step9:Put 350 grams of clear water, 2 tablespoons of sweet sauce, 2 tablespoons of raw soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of old soy sauce, some salt in the pot and bring to a boil.
Step10:Put in the silver carp, tofu and mushroom, then turn to medium low heat and simmer for 25 minutes. When the soup is thick, put it in the pan and sprinkle with garlic. The red rice and pepper section will be finished
