Step11:Put it into the oven and bake at 170 ℃ for 10 minutes, then take it out. Prepare the yolk water during baking. One yolk. 15g pure water is mixed evenly. It's best to filter it once.
Step12:After the moon cake is taken out, brush a layer of yolk water on the surface thinly. Remember not to brush too thick, or the finished product will be ugly. Put it into the oven again. Set the oven temperature to 150 ℃. Bake for about 20 minutes.

Cooking tips:This recipe doesn't need water. My oven has a hot temper. So the baking temperature is not set to high. Please refer to your own temperature and time. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
