Duck neck is not new to everyone. It's also a snack. Today, I made a soy sauce duck neck. It's simple, zero failure, hygienic and healthy. It's delicious until I have no friends and go home to play in the Mid Autumn Festival. It's good to eat.
Step1:First, rinse the duck neck. Blanch. Cool water if necessary. Cook for 3 minutes. Remove the cold water and rinse.
Step2:The neck of the boiled duck is cut with scissors.
Step3:In the oil pan, add ginger and stir fry.
Step4:Add the duck neck and stir fry. Add in the soy sauce and cooking wine.
Step5:Add oyster sauce.
Step6:Stir over low heat for 2 minutes. Stir evenly.
Step7:Add pure water. It's not over the duck's neck. Then add fragrant leaves and scallions.
Step8:Add in icing sugar. The amount of icing sugar can be increased or decreased according to personal preference.
Step9:Add five more spices. Cover and bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Step10:After 30 minutes, add salt according to your taste. Stew for another 10 minutes.
Step11:Heat up the soup. Add in the cooked white sesame seeds and stir well. Turn off the heat.
Step12:Put it on a plate and sprinkle with scallion.
Step13:Healthy snacks. I want to make them myself.
