It's autumn when many fruits and vegetables are ripe. A few days ago, my mother-in-law sent us some big pumpkins of her own. Pumpkin is rich in nutrition, rich in vitamins and amino acids. Step10:Peel the potatoes. Cut them into hobs. Put them in water to avoid oxidation and blackening.
Step11:Cut some scallion, ginger and garlic for use.
Step12:Take out the steamed pumpkin. The shape is very lovely. It's crystal clear. I can't help but eat one first. The taste is sweet and q-shaped.
Step13:The pot is hot. Add a little cooking oil. Add onion, ginger and garlic. Stir fry until fragrant. Add ribs and stir fry until fragrant.
Step14:Add a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce and a spoonful of sugar and stir fry evenly.
Step15:Pour in the water and do not pass the spareribs. Add the potatoes. Cover the pot. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Step16:Add in the pumpkin and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step17:Stew until the soup is thick. Sprinkle some scallion to make the pot.
Step18:That's the new way of stewing spareribs with pumpkin and potato. Pumpkin q-shells, potatoes are soft and waxy, and spareribs are fresh and fragrant. It dribbles when I look at it. No wonder my daughter keeps thinking about it. She has to eat it for three days.
Cooking tips:1. The water absorption of pumpkin is different. The amount of potato starch should be increased or decreased as appropriate. 2. Don't use corn starch instead of potato starch, because potato starch has better viscosity, water absorption and crystal clear. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
