It's dry in autumn. Stew two cups of soup suitable for this season. Lotus seeds nourish the heart and mind. Lilies clear the fire and moisten the lungs. Add the common bird's nest Tremella. Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Soak the tremella in cold water for more than 2 hours. Wash and remove the yellow part of the root. Tear into small pieces.

  2. Step2:Soak the lotus seeds and lilies for 1 hour. Remove the core of the lotus seeds.

  3. Step3:Divide the ingredients into stews.

  4. Step4:Add water to 1cm below the lid.

  5. Step5:Put the lid on and put it in the pot.

  6. Step6:Stew for an hour.

  7. Step7:Add in the sugar and simmer for another 30 minutes.

  8. Step8:Put in the medlar and simmer for a few minutes.

Cooking tips:1. The tremella should be of good quality. It can shorten the hair soaking time. It's easier to cut / tear the small pieces to produce glue and make them softer and waxy; 2. The amount of water in the stew cup should not be too much. It's only 1cm below the lid, otherwise it's easy to overflow. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
