There are two preserved eggs left in the fridge. Some carrots and spinach. In winter, I don't want to make any cold dishes. In order to eliminate these two preserved eggs, I made this dish with a sudden whim. I feel it tastes good. Write it out and contribute to you. If you ask me why I don't make gruel with preserved egg and lean meat? The reason is simple There was no meat in the house when we cooked this dish.
Step1:Wash and slice carrot.

Step3:Pat the garlic cloves to spare.
Step4:The spinach is washed and cut into sections. My spinach is big. I cut it into three sections. I cut the small spinach into two sections.
Step5:Pour some water into the pot. Then put in a teaspoon of salt and a tablespoon of cooking oil. Mix well and bring to a boil. Put in the spinach and remove.
Step6:Drain the spinach. Spread evenly on the plate.
Step7:In another pot, pour in some oil. Heat over high heat, then put in garlic cloves. Stir fry.
Step8:Then put in the carrot slices. Stir well and stir fry until fragrant.
Step9:Then put in the preserved egg. Stir well.
Step10:Stir well and pour in a large bowl of water.
Step11:Add salt and chicken essence and mix well. Cook until the ingredients are all cooked. Pour in a tablespoon of water starch before leaving the pot. Drop in a few drops of sesame oil and mix well. Turn off the fire when the soup feels sticky.
Step12:Pour all the cooked dishes on the paved spinach.
