Step1:Wash the swimming crab, open the shell, remove the intestines, fins and cut into two halves for use. Shred onions.
Step2:Cut the rice cake into strips, boil it in boiling water and then soak it in cold water.
Step3:Cut the crab with dry starch. Sprinkle a little dry starch in the crab cover.

Step5:Pour in half coconut milk. Put in rice cake, salt and sugar. Cover and simmer until the crabs are ripe.
