Step2:Add oil to the wok, heat it up, add shredded ginger, stir fry meat, then put in the beans, stir fry and simmer for a while, add some soy sauce, salt and water to the bean sprouts, cover the wok and stew for a few minutes. Note - there should be more soy sauce, salt and water. The amount of vegetable soup should be more and salty, and the color of soy sauce should be stronger (because there is no salt in the noodles. The vegetable soup should be flavored and colored for the noodles).
Step3:Put the noodles steamed in front into the wok and stir fry them with chopsticks and spatula. Steam them in the wok. Spread the wok with cloth on the grate (if there is no cloth, spread it with large cabbage leaves). Spread the noodles evenly on the grate. Cover the wok tightly (if necessary, add more weight to the wok cover). Steam them with water. After 20~30 minutes of steaming, the wok can be served
