Step1:1. Clean the yellow croaker. Cut two sides of the fish. Rub salt on the surface and marinate for 15 minutes.
Step2:2 slice the scallion, ginger and garlic. Cut the dried chilli into small sections for serving.
Step3:3. Cut celery into sections. Cut parsley into sections for later use.
Step4:4. Cut tofu into cubes for use.
Step5:5 pan fry the yellow croaker in oil. Fry until both sides are golden yellow, then dish out for later use.
Step6:Leave... Oil in 6 pots. Stir fry onion, ginger, garlic and dried pepper. Add in bean paste and stir quickly.
Step7:7 pour in water. Put in the yellow croaker. Add in the star anise, pepper, soy sauce, cooking wine and vinegar. Cover the pot and stew for 15 minutes.
Step8:Put tofu in 8 pots. More stew will make tofu taste better.
Step9:When the soup is thick, add celery and coriander and stew for a while, then it will be out of the pot
