Step1:Add sugar to the flour. Mix the yeast with water. Wake up for 15 minutes.

Step6:Fold up.
Step7:Cut into two broad patches.

Step10:Put it into the steamer and ferment for 20 minutes. Steam it at 100 ℃ for 15 minutes. Stew it for 5 minutes and take it out.
