Step1:Wash the bass after handling.
Step2:Dry the fish with kitchen paper. Cut several knives on both sides respectively. Wipe the inside and outside of the fish with a little salt. Marinate for more than 10 minutes.
Step3:Sprinkle a little salt inside and outside the fish. Put ginger and garlic in the fish belly. Add some green onion.
Step4:Sprinkle ginger and garlic on the fish, and pour in a little cooking wine and steamed fish and soy sauce.
Step5:Put it into the steaming oven. Turn on DIY pure steaming mode. Steam at 105 ℃ for about 15 minutes.
Step6:Take it out after steaming and heat the oil. The oil temperature should be high.
Step7:At last, pour hot oil on the fish quickly.
Step8:Then spread the shredded ginger and scallion evenly on the bass. The delicious steamed bass is ready.
