My favorite food for fish is shrimp, shrimp, crab and crab. But blanching is always my favorite. The premise is to have fresh ingredients.
Step1:Under cold water, boil the onion and ginger. You can submerge the shrimp. Then pour in the oil.
Step2:Just burn it a little. Don't take too long. It's OK to see the shrimp turn red. Take out the tray.
Step3:A little more dip. No limit. Play as you like. My one is made of June fresh onion, garlic, sesame oil, chopped chili, sugar and a spoon of soup.
