I like liver very much. After children eat complementary food, they should make liver for them regularly. But only a little bit of the rest is wasted each time. So I am determined to learn this dish well.
Step1:Cut the liver in advance and soak the bleeding water in clear water. Slice it for use. Cut carrot and scallion into the same size slice as liver for later use.
Step2:Control the water and slice the liver. Add some cooking wine, mostly half spoon salt and white pepper to marinate. Put two tablespoons of starch into the frying pan and mix well before frying. Drop a little oil to avoid adhesion during frying. Pour the oil into the pot. When the wooden chopsticks are inserted into the oil. The oil temperature is good when there is a circle of bubbles around the chopsticks. Quickly put down the carrots and then the liver. Finally, quickly cut the onion for one minute and then take out the oil control. To be use
Step3:Stir fry vinegar, sugar, salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, starch two spoonfuls, appropriate amount of monosodium glutamate, three cloves of garlic, and finally add a little wate
Step4:Oil in the pot. Stir fry the rest of garlic and green onion. Fry the ingredients. Stir fry a few times and pour in the ingredients (see the previous step). Stir fry them and get out of the pot. Add the flavor according to your preference.
Cooking tips:You can try some of the stir fried materials after pouring them. If the thickening is not in place, you can add starch again. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
