Step1:Warm milk and turn into yeast. Put aside for use. Pour together flour (preferably high gluten flour), white sugar, an egg and butter (boiled). Slowly add the milk with yeast. Stir. Knead into dough (wear disposable gloves). Do not touch hands. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment in warm place.
Step2:The dough is fermented to twice the size (put beside the heating in winter). Knead the dough and exhaust.
Step3:Roll the dough into a rectangle (I rolled it wrong, so it's almost the shape). Cut the dough into triangles. Roll it up from the wide end. Let it stand for a while. Make it bigger
Step4:Brush the surface with the whole egg liquid. Scatter the sesame seeds. Put them into the oven (there is no temperature in my oven. There are only three gears). Watch while baking. After coloring, reduce the temperature and bake for a few minutes. It takes me 10 minutes in total
Step5:Delicious croissants are out of the oven. You can add more if you like sugar. I think 30 grams of sugar is a little less. Light sweet. It must be cool before eating
