The leek box that I've been thinking about for a long time. It's not sticky at all with the Fage multi-functional cooking pot. Except for the process, there's really nothing wrong with it.
Step1:Add a little salt to the flour, pour in boiling water and use chopsticks and noodles. After cooling, knead until three lights are on. Cover and relax for a whil
Step2:Cut the leek and mix with 1 tablespoon sesame oil. Lock the water to avoid juicing
Step3:Beat the eggs and mix well. Heat the cooking pot and put half a spoon of oil into it. Stir in the egg liquid and stir fry it until it is full
Step4:Add some salt and pepper powder and mix wel
Step5:The dough is smooth, long and evenly divided into small dosage forms; take a dosage form, press it flat, roll it into a small cake with thick middle and thin edge, and put some leek and egg stuffing
Step6:Wipe a little water on the edge of the cake skin. Hold it tightly with both hands. Then start to pinch the lace and shape from the bottom
Step7:Add half a scoop of oil to the pan and put it in the pinched leek box
Step8:Fry over medium and low heat until both sides are golden.
Cooking tips:You can't pinch the lace directly. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
