Step7:Divide the dough into small parts and put it in the oven. Put a basin of hot water under it. Make the second fermentation. About 1.52 hours.
Step8:When the dough is twice the size, take it out and preheat the oven at the same time. 180 ℃ for 5 minutes.
Step9:Brush the dough with egg white.
Step10:Put it in the oven. 180 ℃ for 16 minutes (it can cool down properly. Adjust the time).
Step11:Take out the bread. Brush a layer of honey. A spoon of honey needs only a little water. Mix well and brush it.
Step12:It's good to keep the fresh-keeping bags that can't be eaten completely sealed.
Cooking tips:The temperature is low in winter. The oven and bread machine can be used reasonably. The temperature can be controlled within 37 ℃. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
