I like to eat fried squid at home. But I personally like to eat fried squid with tin foil. So I made two kinds of squid at the same time.
Step1:No matter it's fried or boiled with tin paper, wash and cut the squid into small pieces. Marinate it with three spoonfuls of cooking wine for more than 10 minutes.
Step2:Sliced peppers. Diced onions.
Step3:Heat the oil in the pot. Add some scallion, ginger and garlic. Add a spoonful of Pixian bean paste. Stir fry the red oil.
Step4:Pour in squid and diced onion. Put in half spoon of sugar, two spoons of raw soy sauce, one spoonful of oil. Stir well
Step5:Pour in the peppers. Stir well. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
Step6:Add a teaspoon of pepper and a teaspoon of cumin. Stir fry over high heat until the sauce is obviously thick and less thick, and then you can leave the pot
Step7:The finished product is as shown in the figure. Next, continue to make squid with tin paper.
Step8:First, cover a bowl with tin paper. Make the shape of the bowl. Add more tin paper (I made three layers). You can also go to the supermarket or online to buy Tin paper bowls. It's more convenient and not easy to leak.
Step9:Put in a spoonful of sesame oil, a spoonful of hot pot seasoning (it can also be an old Ganma), chopped ginger and garlic.
Step10:First put in the diced onion, then the Flammulina mushroo
Step11:Then put in squid (SQUID whiskers and squid rings are delicious). Add three spoons of raw soy sauce, one spoonful of oil consumption, some millet peppers and one teaspoon of pepper
Step12:I also made a tin paper bowl cover. It can also be covered with plastic wrap (don't seal it. Just cover it
Step13:After boiling, turn it over with chopsticks. Keep cooking for two minutes and enjoy the delicious food.
Cooking tips:As you can see - there are no onions at home. I didn't put them in the picture. In fact, onion will taste better. But I really don't like it or I don't like it. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
