Step6:Take out the dough. Divide it into about 35 grams of a small dosage.
Step7:Roll it into a round bun.
Step8:Put a spoon of filling in the middle of the dough.
Step9:Knead along the edge of the face. It's ugly. Please ignore.
Step10:After all the buns are wrapped, put them into the oven and ferment at 40 ℃ for 15 minutes.
Step11:Steam for 10 minutes after boiling. Stew in the pot for 5 minutes and then open the lid.
Cooking tips:1. Different brands of flour have different water absorption. Do not pour water into flour at one time. Add it in several times to avoid too much water and too sticky. 2.
