Eggplant with minced meat for supper ~
Step1:Prepare materials.
Step2:Peel and wash eggplant, cut into strips, add starch to minced pork, peel and wash garlic, cut into minced garlic, wash millet pepper and linear pepper, cut into small sections, add raw soy sauce, old soy sauce, sugar, starch and 150ml clear water into the bowl to make the sauce.
Step3:Put the eggplant in the boiling water pot. Steam over high heat for 10 minutes.
Step4:Put oil in the hot pot (eggplant absorbs oil, so put more oil than usual). Stir fry the minced pork until it changes color.
Step5:Turn the fire. Add the garlic and stir it to give the fragrance.
Step6:Add eggplant and sauce. Stir fry for about 3 minutes.
Step7:Add millet pepper, string pepper and chicken essence. Stir fry until juicy.
