I wrote a simple way to make honey red beans. I used one fermentation. I can also use two fermentation. The process operation is basically the same.
Step1:Honey red bean method: Boil the soaked red bean (knead it by hand) and filter out the excess soup. Add sugar (add it as you like) and mix well. Seal well. Refrigerate it overnigh
Step2:Knead ingredients other than buttermilk red beans into a smooth dough. Add butter and knead until the expansion stage. Knead the dough, roll it, cover with plastic wrap and leave for 20 minute
Step3:Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, which is about 32cm long and 28cm wide. Sprinkle the honey red bean evenly, thin the bottom edge, and roll it up from left to right
Step4:With a sharp knife, divide the dough into 9 parts. Cut the dough face up. Put it in the baking tray orderly.
Step5:Put it in a warm place to ferment until it is significantly larger (press it with your fingers and retract it slowly). Preheat the oven before the fermentation is finishe
Step6:Brush a thin layer of egg liquid on the dough surface. Put the mold into the middle and lower layers of the preheated oven. Bake at 180 ℃ for 2025 minutes. Pay attention to the observation. Cover the surface with tin paper after the color is satisfactory (the temperature of each oven is different. The time and temperature are for reference only

Cooking tips:1. Flour has different water absorption. Adjust the amount of liquid properly. 2. I use a 20cm non stick baking tray. If it is not a non stick mold, I can use a layer of oil in the mold to cook delicious dishes.
